Reading this site or sending us a message does not create a therapist and client relationship. That begins only after an intake and a signed agreement with GSM.

4. Booking and appointments

Requesting a consultation through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our office will contact you to schedule. Cancellation, no show, and fee policies are covered in the agreement you sign as a client, not on this website.

5. Insurance and payment

Any insurance plans listed on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. Coverage depends on your specific plan and benefits. Please verify your coverage with your insurer and with our office before your first session.

6. Employment applications

Submitting an application through this site does not create an offer of employment or an internship placement, and does not guarantee a response.
