We want cost to be the last thing standing between you and care. Here is what we accept and how payment works.

Insurance Plans We Accept

We are in network with a number of plans. If you do not see yours listed, reach out anyway and our office manager will help you check your coverage.

Coverage varies by plan. If you are unsure what your plan includes, call the office and we will help you check before your first session.

Self pay is welcome, and we will always tell you the cost before your first session.

We accept cash & credit card payments in addition to insurance.

Group Therapy

Healing happens in community. Our groups help you build support and skills alongside people who understand.

Women Needing Support While Healing

For women 18 and older experiencing depression, low self esteem, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

Teens Conquering the Foster Care System

For youth 16 and older connected to foster care, building resilience and community.

Adolescent Support

Weekly groups for middle and high school students, covering topics like anger, depression, and anxiety, offered virtually or in person.

Building Healthy Parent-Adolescent Relationships

Strengthens the connection between parents and adolescents by improving communication, increasing mutual understanding, and developing healthier patterns of interaction.

What we specialize in

Families in the Child Welfare System

Most of the families we walk with are connected to child protective services. We know that system, and we know how heavy it can feel to be inside it. Our clinicians and coach parenting specialists work alongside parents and children through court connected requirements, reunification, and the long work of healing at home.

You are not a case file here. You are a family, and we meet you with the same dignity and care we bring to every person who walks through our doors.

Therapeutic Coach Parenting Services

Hands on parenting support delivered by our coach parenting specialists. We help parents build safety, structure, routines, and stronger connection with their children, whether that is preparing for reunification, meeting court connected goals, or simply parenting with more confidence.

Motivational Speaking

Founder Genafie McKnight, author of Forever a Fighter, delivers speaking that inspires people to break through life's challenges with determination and consistency.

Consulting

We help organizations and communities understand mental health disparities and build action plans to address them.
